“The 2018 Crosman All-American Field Target Championship is one of the must-attend events for Field Target airgunners,” said Mark DeBoard, Manager of Shooting Services for Crosman. “The Crosman Field Target Championship is a lot of fun for the entire family, we will have every level of competitor from the novice just getting started, to the world class competitor.”

There are five divisions and classes for competitors, Open, Hunter, WFTF, Freestyle and Pistol. In addition to the main rifle event, this year will also feature a pistol match, the Quigley Bucket Match and the Pyramyd Air Gunslinger match.

Every registered participant is invited to the Friday night reception and every two day registered competitor receives a gear bag and food vouchers.

If you’re thinking about attending, check out the stories published in HAM showing last year’s event. They give a good feel for the event and the two different FT courses – there’s an “open field” course and a “woods” course. FT competitors shoot both courses, one on each day.
Here’s a summary of the 2017 event.

Crosman sometimes uses the event as a “sneak launch” for new products, too. That took place in 2017, for example with the announcement of the Custom Shop Regulated Marauder. Keep your eyes open, there’s no knowing what you may see…
