2022-2023 JROTC 3P Postal Championship Scores Announced

The Civilian Marksmanship Program has announced the 2022-2023 JROTC 3P Postal Championship scores. This 10 meter air rifle competition was facilitated by the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP), running from September to December, 2023.

The JROTC Postal Championship is a three-position competition where high school sporter and precision air rifle athletes from across the country fire upon official targets at their home ranges and return them to the CMP Headquarters for scoring. Teams and individuals are ranked against one another, with top competitors moving on to the JROTC Service Championships – set to be held in Utah, Alabama and Ohio in February 2023.

Let’s be in no doubt that – even at 10 Meter range – there is some outstanding airgun shooting taking place! The targets are tiny and the inclusion of mandatory standing shots makes it really tough. So congratulations are due to all competitors, especially the winners listed here…

Finishing as the overall sporter competitor in the JROTC Postals was Charles Bratton, 17, of Clover High School, South Carolina, with 283-15X. Danjela DeJesus, 17, of Camden County High School, Ga., was the leading precision individual with a score of 299-29X. WOW!!!!!!
