Air Arms Galahad Stars in UK Living History Event
The Air Arms Galahad was a hit with visitors to the recent War and Peace Revival Show, which took place on 19th to 23rd July 2016 at Folkestone Racecourse in Westenhanger, Kent, UK.
Billed as “the greatest celebration of military vehicles and vintage lifestyle on the planet”, this show draws many thousands of visitors from all over the UK and Europe. Visitors in their thousands flocked to Air Arms’ exhibition booth for the chance to try out the Air Arms Galahad and other models. And who wouldn’t?
The airgun manufacturer featured at the five-day military and vintage festival with prize draws to win cash, Air Arms kit and top-of-the-range airguns such as the Ultimate Sporter. There was also the Speed Shoot competition and Have-a-go shooting ranges to give practised shots as well as novices the chance to test their mettle with Air Arms airguns.
Children under the age of 12-years-old also got the chance to have a go at airgunning free of charge, which proved to be a huge hit with youngsters.
Air Arms Managing Director Claire West commented:
“One of Air Arms objectives for 2016 was to place our rifles into as many ‘non-shooters’ hands a possible, and I feel that we definitely achieved this at the War and Peace Revival Show. Many of the shooters that we had on the ranges had never used an airgun before but went away with a positive and refreshed attitude. It was fantastic to see so many families getting involved in our Speed Shoot and Test Your Skill competitions, as well as the Have-a-go ranges. Thank you to all who took part and for the many words of encouragement and support.”
