8Have you heard of Airgun Target Sprint Series competition? The HAM team hasn’t, but now – thanks to Air Arms – we just have!

Air Arms has announced that it’s proud to partner British Shooting with the inaugural UK Airgun Target Sprint Series by providing several Air Arms MPR Sporter air rifles to the competition, as well as a selection of sought-after prizes.

Airgun Target Sprint is an internationally-recognized air rifle discipline. It combines running with target shooting to develop shooting skills and physical fitness. Who knew? But now we do…

Consisting of three 400 Meter (that’s about 437 Yard)  running stages and two 10-Metre air rifle shooting stages, competitors must sprint as well as shoot 5 targets in each stage. Air rifles must be single-shot models in .177 caliber only that are powered by CO2 or High Pressure Air (HPA). Of course, they will shoot the Air Arms MPR Sporter in the UK competitions supported by Air Arms! The competitor with the fastest time qualifies for the National Final.
