Giles Introduces Us To The Phoenix Airgun Club.
In his latest video, Giles Barry – of YouTube’s AirgunGearShow takes us to the Phoenix Airgun Club in Mesa, AZ. The club is based at the Rio Salado Sportsman’s Club and is the third-biggest shooting discipline there.
The Phoenix Airgun Club has no less than 16 acres dedicated to Field Target Competitions and has around 230 members. And it’s rapidly becoming the Western epicenter of airgun activity! In 2017 it will play host (again) to Extreme Benchrest from October 12 – 15, followed by the AAFTA Nationals from November 2 – 5. And, of course, Airguns of Arizona is just down the road.
Giles shows us around the club, talks to members and outlines the rules for “American Field Target” shooting. These are very different to regular Field Target competition in that there are very few rules at all, as you can hear.
