Proof of purchase is required in the unlikely event that warranty support is required.
What is covered:
– Replacement parts, labor and return shipping to the customer.
– What is not covered:
– Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Your name, address, email address, phone number and a note explaining the defect found MUST be included in the package. A copy of your original dated customer receipt must accompany the return too.
