New Springfield Armory XDE BB Pistol Now Available
Air Venturi has announced that a new Springfield Armory XDE BB pistol is now available.
This CO2-powered pistol has a blowback action that simulates the recoil of the centerfire original. This is combined with a maximum claimed Muzzle Velocity of 380 FPS with steel BBs.
Both BBs and the 12 Gram cartridge are contained in the 18-round drop-free magazine that’s located in the pistol grip. There’s an unique double action/single action trigger and the manufacturer claims that the XDE BB pistol offers incredible realism and authenticity.
Both safety and magazine release are ambidextrous, while the functional takedown lever allows the pistol to be field-stripped in a similar manner to the firearm.
This gives the new Springfield Armory XDE BB pistol the potential to be a very effective training tool for firearms users. In addition, it can be used for plinking and informal target shooting by airgunners.
The manufacturer says that the black synthetic pistol grip offers authentic grip texturing. The slide has grip serrations at front and rear for easy cocking.
The expected open sights are fitted, the front having a red fiber optic insert. In addition, a compact laser or flashlight can be mounted under the frame using the single-point Picatinny rail.
Street Price for the XDE BB pistol is $99.99 and it’s available now from major dealers like Pyramyd Air and Airgun Depot. There’s a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty.
