New Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGD

The newest member of the value-priced True Hunter scope series from Leapers – the Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGD – is actually a classic Leapers design that has been revitalized directly at the request of their customers. Magnification and light transmission is achieved through a 3-9 variable power and a 32mm diameter objective lens. This combination is also popular in the Leapers UTG Bug Buster series of optics.

The Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGD offers a preset 35 yard parallax for maximum clarity at short range plinking and shooting distances. This means that  air gunners can appreciate the included useful features such as: red/green illumination, included medium profile dovetail rings, and the widely accepted Mil-dot reticle. Finger adjustable windage and elevation turrets feature ¼ MOA per click adjustment.

Optics of the new Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGD utilize sapphire coated lenses for maximum light transmission and clarity while the integral Tactedge sunshade prevents excessive glare during daylight use. As can be expected, the scope comes standard with flip-open lens covers and batteries making them ready for use right out of the box.

The MSRP of the Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGD is $79.97.

An almost identical twin to this scope, the Leapers UTG Scope SCP-U392RGW, has a 100 yard preset parallax designed for use at longer distances and comes with medium profile Picatinny/Weaver rings instead. Both scopes are based on the proven TS (True Strength) platform that uses a “Smart Spherical Structure” to withstand the harsh recoil characteristic of powerful spring/piston air rifles. Leapers claims that this also provides excellent zero retention while remaining completely shockproof, fogproof, and rainproof.
