IWA OutdoorClassics – The World’s Biggest Airgun Trade Show
Yes, it’s true that the SHOT Show is a big deal here in the USA. However, it’s mainly associated with firearms. The world’s biggest airgun trade show is – by far – IWA OutdoorClassics.
The IWA Show is held in Nuremberg, Germany every year. The next show will be from 6 -9 March 2020. HAM will be reporting from the show, of course.
Many people in the airgun industry world-wide read Hard Air Magazine. So now is a good time to mention this: it’s not too late to book your place at IWA 2020!
Take a look at the number of airgun companies HAM Publisher Stephen Archer saw at IWA 2019. And he didn’t even have time to see them all!
Every year, more airgun companies appear at IWA from across the world. Unlike at the SHOT Show, it’s possible for a new exhibitor to obtain a booth immediately, without years of waiting.
For this reason, you’ll find lots of new companies and products at IWA OutdoorClassics, with more airguns than you would ever think…
IWA OutdoorClassics began as a national product show for the retail gun trade and gunsmiths in 1974 with just under 100 exhibitors. It has developed over the last 40 years into the world-leading trade fair with airguns taking an ever-increasing part.
61% of the visitors travel to IWA OutdoorClassics in Nuremberg from abroad. Everyone speaks English! So both exhibitors and visitors have new opportunities to make contacts, find products and do deals.
Only eligible visitors from the retail trade, wholesale trade, import and export are admitted to IWA OutdoorClassics. This gives exhibitors an unique opportunity to cultivate long-term contacts with key decision-makers and make quality products known all over the world.
More than 1,619 exhibitors, 45,476 visitors from more than 122 countries visited IWA OutdoorClassics in 2019.
Feedback was that 97% of exhibitors reached their exhibition goals by making substantive new business connections.
